Pastor Ryan is the current Lead Pastor at Perry Highway Lutheran Church, located in the same building as the school. He has been the lead Pastor at a number of churches in Pennsylvania, as well as is currently a part of Camp Lutherlyn, and originally hails from Wisconsin where he still has family. His role at the school is to co-lead chapel times for the students.
